We offer an assortment of custom stencil products for painting, acid etching and sandblasting.

 Reusable stencils are ideal for all your painted stenciling needs. These are laser cut  from  plastic coated cardstock (.025" or .050" ) or Mylar. By nature, stencils have certain style limitations since the design or letter style must maintain integrity to hold the stencil together,  however we can alter most designs and typestyles for stencil use.    Standard typestyles are:             

 

Stencils provide an easy, economical solution to repeated marking requirements.

Stencil masks are for one time use and can incorporate literally any design. These are ready-to-apply, adhesive backed masks  that you peel away after painting, sandblasting or etching. The masking material will depend on the use. Vinyl is generally used for painting and acid etching while a heavier material is used for sandblasting purposes.
